This Refund Policy governs the financial terms for all mobile automotive customization and installation services provided by Adsonicy Mobile Customs. Due to the custom, labor-intensive, and pre-ordered nature of our work, this policy is strictly enforced.

1. Deposits and Custom Orders (Non-Refundable)

All deposits and payments made for the reservation of an appointment slot or the ordering of custom parts are strictly non-refundable.

1.1. Appointment Deposits: A deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your service date and time. This deposit covers administrative overhead, scheduling, and lost revenue potential for that reserved slot. This deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the appointment for any reason. The deposit may be credited toward a rescheduled service date only if the Customer provides the required 24 hours' notice as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Custom Parts/Materials: Payments for materials or parts specifically ordered for your vehicle (including paint, wraps, vinyl, lighting components, or special-order kits) are immediately processed and are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier.

2. Service Payment (Completed Work)

2.1. No Refunds for Completed Labor: Once the customization, installation, or service work has been completed and accepted by the Customer (as evidenced by final payment), the labor charge is non-refundable. * Customer Acceptance: Payment upon completion signifies that the Customer has inspected the finished work and confirms it was delivered as ordered and is satisfactory at that time.

2.2. Exclusive Remedy (Service Guarantee): If you are dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship within the 30-day Guarantee Period (as defined in our Terms and Conditions), the exclusive remedy is re-performance of the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional labor cost. We do not offer refunds in lieu of re-performance.

3. Product Defects and Warranty Claims

This section applies only to defects in the physical products or parts we install, which are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

3.1. Procedure for Defective Products: If a part installed by Adsonicy Mobile Customs is defective, the following procedure applies: The Customer must notify us immediately. We will facilitate the return/exchange of the defective part under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. * Any decision regarding repair, replacement, or credit for the defective part rests solely with the manufacturer, not Adsonicy Mobile Customs.

3.2. Labor for Warranty Repair: If a replacement part is necessary under warranty, Adsonicy Mobile Customs will charge a new service labor fee to remove the defective part and install the replacement part, unless the defect is proven to have been caused by our original faulty installation.

4. Service Denial or Cancellation by Company

4.1. Full Refund (Prior to Work): If Adsonicy Mobile Customs must cancel a scheduled service before the technician travels and before any custom parts have been ordered (e.g., due to weather or scheduling conflict), the Customer will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

4.2. Partial Refund (Parts Ordered): If the Company cancels the service after custom parts have been ordered but before the service begins, the refund will exclude the non-refundable cost of the parts (see Section 1.2). The Customer may elect to take possession of the ordered parts.

5. Chargebacks

Any customer initiating a credit card chargeback for a service that was completed and accepted, or for a non-refundable deposit/part payment, will be considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to contest the chargeback and may pursue collections for the full outstanding amount plus any administrative or legal fees incurred.

By paying for any service or deposit, you expressly agree to the terms of this Direct Refund Policy.
